Be the nice person or be the person who delivers results?

Do you want to be known as the nice person or do you want to be known as the go to person/team?

Where do you draw the line?

I would agree with Alfred. Being nice and sometimes also delivering result but always participative, and active in delivering results with the team.

If I have to pick one I want to be the nice person. I like to think that I can be and sometimes am the one who gets things done. But in general I'm not the type to run over others to get where I "have" to go for business success. I can live with that. I may not be the one to get the promotions but I sleep at night.
